Handmade big wings I made for a costume. The base underneath the "feathers" is a laminated vinyl type of fabric. I put thin stretchy ribbon on the wings for the arms. I'd suggest some wiring for longer wear and to hold up better. These wings are goregous and flutter whimsically in the air and breeze. Extremely breathtaking. Feel free to ask any questions. Great for any costume or pageant.
I will do my best to pack and compact the wings with caution. This beautie took me approximately 12+ hours to make.
